I found this lovely jam making company while wondering around at the Ousburn Market and thought it would be cool to have a little experiment. Ran by the lovely Bridget - you can fi nd her at various markets around the North East, with interesting fl avours like this carrot jam from the times of world war two when all you could get were carrots.
