Dinky Bosetti - Trans Sister Radio

Location: Zerox, Newcastle

This is a mixed media stop motion animation music video with Dinky Bosetti - a trans riot girl punk band from Newcastle. This was quite the feat for a very small budget - I directed, did the lighting, filmed, story-boarded, and edited the whole thing. Not the most fancy equipment as there wasn’t really a budget, but I did get a bit of funding to help with the materials used for the mixed media stop motion bit. This part required printing out all the frames, drawing or painting on them and scanning them back in. This was super fiddly and took about three months to complete. This video is a split screen version where you can see one side which was just filmed normally and the other side you can see the mixed media part.
